  • Submit.com who provide the artists’ submission forms system

  • Other Parties When Required by Law, or As Necessary to Protect Our Users and Provide Our Services. 

We may use and share your personal data as we believe is necessary or appropriate to protect, enforce, or defend the legal rights, privacy, safety, or property of the Services, our employees or agents or users, to detect, suppress or prevent fraud or where otherwise required or permitted by applicable law or legal process, including responding to a search warrant or other legally valid requests from public and government authorities (which may include lawful access by governmental authorities, courts or law enforcement agencies). We may also share personal data of artists with third parties, such as External Assessors or Arts Council officials to allow us to perform the curation and consideration of submissions. 

Your personal data will not be subject to automatic decision-making.

You are not obliged to provide your personal data to us (neither statutorily nor contractually). However, if you decide not to provide your personal data, we may not be able to (fully) provide our Services to you or to fulfil your inquiries.

Personal Data Retention Time

We will keep your personal data for as long as it is needed to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and in order to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. Except where required by law or to meet specific operational purposes, personal data will be deleted within three months of the end of the Grand Stretch event.
